We are going to give it a test, but we are Open Account for the time being.  This means you do not need to complete an application to join The Garden.

We hope you try us out and decide to stay.

Tomorrow (April 16th) at 10 am central time we will open the shard public.  You will just log in as you normally would, same account name/password.  Once you have logged in and created your first toon, page to get your skills/stats and items returned.  This will take time for each of you as you know so please be patient.  Thanks for your patience this far as well   Cya all tomorrow!

We are nearly there.  We hope to move us over within the next 3-4 weeks.  We need your help, so please keep up to date to Circe’s posts in the forum about what we need from each of you during this process.

If you know players without forum accounts, please email them and ask them to register so we can make sure they get the updates and emails.

I have been busy the last couple of days, hope you enjoy it.

I added some new quests, please see the Forum.

I fixed some of the quests, please see the Forum

I added some new mobs that drop special items, a vampire King, and an Ancient Archer.

I re-spawned two of the dungeons in Ilsh with different mobs.

I spawned the ML area Blighted Grove. I hope this gives you something to look for and new spawn to fight. 

In Underglow there is a special invitation to a special arena event.  A book is provided to describe it.  It is not for the faint of heart, so best of luck if you try.

Circe and Celebrian designed a whole lot of new deco items, and Circe created a new area for you to view them.

Circe and Thor designed, and I scripted some veteran player rewards, please see the Forum for details.

Can you believe it, in just over a month the Garden will have it's second birthday since the big wipe.  Two years, feels like was just yesterday, and on the same note sometimes feels like a lifetime ago.  So much has changed as we have weathered many storms.  So many people have come and gone, and some even to return.  The Garden being home to so many over the past two years. 

To celebrate The Garden's Birthday please join us in a old Garden tradition, Timelining the past two years.  Look for time and date soon in forums. 

We have recently had some changes in staff, and Anubus and ArchAngel are no longer with us. 

As many of you have noticed their departure, we have had requests from at least 4 of our players to potentially fill the vacant positions on staff. 

This message is to let our players know that we are not looking for additional staff at this time.  When we decide we need more staff members, we will send out applications to those players that we feel would fit well with our current staff.  As such, please do not ask to be staff.

For those that asked, please do not feel this is a pointing of fingers...I just wanted to let everyone know of our policy.

If the Shard happens to go down during the hours of 7:00 AM through 4:00 PM (MST) and does not come up within 30 minutes to an hour, you may use the following email address to notify me.

The email will forward to my work email, and I will attempt to contact someone to get the shard back up.  We do not have a tremendous amount of trouble during the day, but I work full-time, and Circe does have a life away from UO ( I know it is hard to believe).   In the evening, a staff member is usually on, so they are aware of any problems.  I hope this will improve your playing experience.

As a matter of course we delete game accounts that are over 30 days inactive. 

If you are going to be away from the game for an extended period of time please post in the appropriate topic in the forum so that your account will not be deleted.

If you cannot get in using the account name and password on your application it is likely your application was incomplete.

The Forum account will not be granted unless there is an existing Game account.  If you receive a rejection for the Forum account it is likely that you applied with a different name than shown on your Game account, or that you do not yet have a Game account.  Questions concerning the Forum accounts can be addressed to one of us above, or admincirce@uogarden.com
